“Who am I?” Barty repeated, taking a step further. He crossed his arms, too. “I think the better question is—who are you?”
He allowed the corner of his mouth to turn upwards as he took in her frame. She was tall, but still shorter than him. She was fit. She looked like she’d normally be a very defiant and strong person. Judging by the red scarf, she was a Gryffindor. Which meant that she would certainly put up a fight. A very interesting one, he wagered.
Angelina rolled her eyes. She wasn’t in the mood to put up with—well, anything. She straightened up and stared him in the eye.
"Angelina," she said with a note of authority. This guy—she still didn’t know his name—was tall and lanky, light skinned and probably freckled, but with brown hair and even darker eyes. She couldn’t see an emblem anywhere, but by his slithery demeanor, she ruled out Hufflepuff. "Have you got a name, then?" Angelina prodded.
